If the returned item does not meet these conditions, Danica Paths reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Items received more than 7 days ago.

Process for Returns

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Since Danica Paths only offers cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be made through a mutually agreed method, such as bank transfer or replacement product.

  • You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
